  1. Warehousing raw material

    Casting is a manufacturing process by which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify.

  7. Sand removal

    Air pressure hammer is vibrated to remove the sand core from the casing products.

    The feeding hole and liquid-flowing unit are removed whith cutting from the sand-removed product and this process may be auto-matic or manual depending upon the structure of the product.

  9. Heat treatment of aluminum

    aluminum is T6 heat treated for artificial improvement of toughness, processability, density, durability, and mechanical strength that are the weakness of aluminum.

    Micro STS balls are sprayed at high pressure to the heat-treated casting product rotating the impeller in order to remove the remaining sand core, burr, small precipitation, and staining from the casting aluminum surface.

  11. Inspection

    Visual total inspection, sample inspection for major dimensions, and sample inspection for hardness.

  12. Shipment inspection

    Sample appearance inspection, package inspection, and quantity check.

  13. Shipment

    Checking ID mark, checking first-in-first-out principle, checking loaded status, and checking consistency with the ordered specifications.
